We care about you and your family and offer a variety of services.

TRADITIONAL SERVICES
The term “traditional service” is often used to describe funeral services of various types that do not involve cremation. A service, religious or non-religious in nature, is often held at the funeral home, church or alternative location. Prior to services, there is usually a visitation period where the family can gather and receive friends. The casket may be open or closed, depending on the wishes of the deceased and the family.

Following the service, there is usually a procession to the cemetery where interment is to take place.
Another option is a “graveside service”. This is a simple burial service held at the cemetery without a visitation period preceding it.

Whatever your preferences are, our staff is committed to carefully listening to and understanding your needs, and then customizing a service to meet those needs. We will help you create a service that is meaningful and honors the life of your loved one. A “traditional service” does not have to be “traditional.”

CREMATION SERVICE OPTIONS
Cremation is not a replacement for a service, it is simply an alternative to a traditional casketed earth burial. The type of service you choose along with cremation is as unique and personal as the person you are honoring. We provide many different service options.

CREMATION FOLLOWING A FUNERAL SERVICE
Many people chose to have cremation following traditional funeral services with a viewing using a rental or a cremation casket of your choice. In this case the funeral would be performed much like a traditional funeral, but instead of a procession to the cemetery, the family often remains at the church for a luncheon and time of visiting with relatives and friends. As owners of our own crematory, we have the option of meeting later the same day for burial of the urn, or the committal may be set for another time.

MEMORIAL SERVICES FOLLOWING CREMATION
Other families elect to have a cremation done prior to the memorial service at a church, cemetery, funeral home or alternative location. The urn is often present for the services, and may be displayed along with photos and other memorabilia to reflect the life that was lived. Visitations also can take place with cremation services, and play an important role in the healing process. It provides a time for family and friends to gather and share memories and show support for one another.

DIRECT CREMATION
Some families prefer a direct cremation without any additional services. After the completion of the necessary authorizations, the cremation is performed, and the cremated remains are returned to the family.

CREMATION URNS
Our selection room has a wide variety of memorial urns, many of which can be inscribed and personalized with names and dates, a favorite picture, hobby, or custom design. Keepsake jewelry & urns and ceremonial containers are also available to help create a more meaningful memorial.
OPTIONS
Cremation is considered final disposition, and numerous options are available once the cremation is completed. Many families choose to inter the urn in a cemetery of niche. Others keep the urn at home or scatter the cremated remains in a special location. No matter which option suits your preferences, our staff is available to assist you with the planning and coordinating of all cremation service details.

GREEN, CONTEMPORARY OR ALTERNATIVE SERVICE
"Green" services are funeral services that are considered environmentally friendly.  It may be any level of service from using caskets made from renewable resources, embalming with all natural materials or no embalming at all.  It can also include burial in a "green" cemetery without an outer burial container, or even printed products made from recycled materials using wind generated energy.  Alternative services such as water resomation are also available.
